A Note from your therapist
Hello I’m Sarah of SBT. I have the pleasure of having my own business providing treatments to the community, clients and visitors to North Devon.
My experience includes: Spa Therapist at Harland House Spa, Voluntary Complementary Therapist at North Devon Hospice and also at a local Cancer & Wellbeing Centre.
Running my own business since 2015 I’m now in my 9th year. I am passionate about complementary therapies and how they can support your health and well-being. I offer a friendly, professional service and your comfort and relaxation is my primary goal.
The Treatment Room
Book your appointment with me, Sarah, at my treatment room at Little Stone, Frithelstockstone. I’m based just 5 miles from Bideford, 3 miles from Torrington and 10 miles from Barnstaple.
A tranquil, but easy to find location, with parking right outside, my home treatment room is the perfect soothing place to relax.
A warm heated comfortable couch awaits you, while hot towels begin your journey into complete relaxation. Soft music and aromatherapy oils compliment your treatments.

A regular direct debit ensures you receive priority booking, as well as a reduced rate.
