Being late to appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you have enough time to complete a consultation form. Please note we cannot extend the treatment time if you are late for your appointment.

Cancellations

Whilst we appreciate that circumstances may change, please give as much notice as you can if you wish to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a charge of half the cost of the treatment will apply.  If 24 hours or less, a full charge will be made as the appointment time cannot then be filled.  Rescheduling/refunds are at the discretion of the owner, Sarah Butler.

If you are sick on the morning of your appointment please telephone (only) as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. A charge may still be made, depending on when your treatment time is (at the discretion of Sarah Butler, owner).

Prices

The prices and services set out in this website may be subject to change without notice to the customers.

Medical issues

You need to inform us if you are pregnant, have skin conditions or allergies, or if receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. You also need to inform us if you are on any medication as this may affect your treatment Whilst we will take all due care in performing the services, we are not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of the customer’s own negligence.

Limitation of liability

Sarah Butler trading as Sarah Butler Therapies is fully insured  with Holistic Gold insurers. If a consumer is unhappy with a service or product they need to put their concerns in writing. If a complaint is justified, they may be due a refund or free service. Please note, however, this is discretionary. Please note we will not be responsible for a customer changing their minds, not liking a service once received or requiring a refund on a product they have already purchased.

Record keeping

We will take and keep full records of the consultation process, the treatment and results in accordance with The Data Protection Act for a period of 7 years following the last occasion of which treatment was given.
