Being late to appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you have enough time to complete a consultation form. Please note we cannot extend the treatment time if you are late for your appointment.


Regular appointments
Whilst we appreciate that circumstances may change, please give as much notice as you can if you wish to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours no charge will apply. If 24 hours or less a full charge may be made as the appointment time cannot then be filled. If you are sick on the morning of your appointment please make contact as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. A charge may still be made, depending on when your treatment time is (at the discretion of Sarah Butler, owner).

Pamper Parties/group bookings
Deposits for pamper parties/groups that are cancelled by you are non refundable. If the Government or insurers do not permit treatments going ahead, however, bookings can be rescheduled to another date or a refund given.


The prices and services set out in this website may be subject to change without notice to the customers.

Medical issues

You need to inform us if you are pregnant, have skin conditions or allergies, or if receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. You also need to inform us if you are on any medication as this may affect your treatment Whilst we will take all due care in performing the services, we are not liable for any side effects which occur as a result of the customer’s own negligence.

Limitation of liability

Sarah Butler trading as Sarah Butler Therapies is fully insured and a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists. If a consumer is unhappy with a service or product they need to put their concerns in writing. If a complaint is justified, they may be due a refund or free service. Please note, however, this is discretionary.

Please note we will not be responsible for a customer changing their minds, not liking a service once received or requiring a refund on a product they have already purchased.

Record keeping

We will take and keep full records of the consultation process, the treatment and results in accordance with The Data Protection Act for a period of 7 years following the last occasion of which treatment was given.
