Valentine’s Day
Whatever you do for Valentine’s Day – celebrate it or not – I feel this year I’m using it as a day for some self-care.
I’ve ordered a 3 course meal for my husband and I to be delivered to the door. It’s the first time I’ve done this, but having seen an advert from a wonderful cook I know (Sarah-Jane Payne of Westcountry Caterers – see website here) I thought why not. As we’ve not been out to eat like everyone, it’s a little indulgence I thought we deserved (and no cooking!).
So my plan is to go for a walk, do some yoga and have a long soak in a bubble bath before having a lovely meal and some Prosecco!
Returning to Practice
I’m waiting with baited breath to see what the Prime Minister announces on the 15th February, just like everyone else.
I’m a sure it will be a little while yet before I can return to practice, but I am so looking forward to it once it is safe to do so. I really miss my practice and my lovely clients.
It would be lovely to hear from you about what you’ve been doing in lockdown 3 so please do leave any comments below, or text/message or phone. Don’t forget if anyone does want any advice at all about any complementary therapies, or if I can help in any way with any health or wellbeing issues, you only have to ask and I’ll do my very best to assist.
Stay safe and well.
